Africa Marathons is an Official Travel Partner of the Victoria Falls Marathon
The date for the Victoria Falls Marathon has been confirmed as Sunday 3 July 2022.
Taking place around one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, there are not many better settings for a running event anywhere! The Vic Falls Marathon route is relatively flat and fast and is well marshalled with regular cooling down sections and water stations.
The marathon race route crosses over the Victoria Falls Bridge, briefly into Zambia offering runners some of the most spectacular scenery in Africa, before continuing through the Zambezi National Park with some superb views of the river, and ending back in town. The Full Marathon is a ‘double loop’ of this route giving you plenty of time to also catch a glimpse of the local wildlife.
If you're not quite ready for the full 42.2km full marathon there is a 21.2km half marathon and a 7.5km fun run.
